MAINTENANCE REQUEST
IMPORTANT
FIRE: If there is a fire at the property, you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact the fire service to report the fire. After that you must contact us by telephone. Under no circumstance should you try to extinguish the fire yourself.
GAS: If you can smell gas or have a gas leak, you must evacuate the property immediately and then contact the National Grid Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. Following this, you must report it through this system and by telephone.
ACCESS: If you cannot get access to the property or it is insecure, this is an emergency and must be reported to us through this system and by telephone.
OUR SYSTEM TO PRIORITISE REPAIRS
We use a traffic light system to organise and prioritise repairs, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed fast and nothing is ever overlooked.

RED
Used for urgent repairs or maintenance. These will be addressed within 24 hours.

AMBER
Used for repairs that are not as urgently required as red repairs, but still need to be addressed within a few days.

GREEN
Lowest priority, but still needs to be addressed. As soon as is reasonable.
We don't let repairs cause a road block - our traffic light system keeps your maintenance moving to stop issues in their tracks.
