We don't work that way at Meredith & Castle - it goes against our values. No hidden fees, invoices whenever any work is completed, and top-class communication means we are as transparent as the windows in your properties.
OUR FEES - simplified
Vista package
The full management of your property, from tenant sourcing and vetting, to complaints, to maintenance, to check-out, and everything in-between. This is a complete hands-off experience for landlords and costs 10% of rent (15% for HMOs) - no VAT added on top.
No additional fees for admin, no sneaky invoices for vetting procedures, and no charges for serving notices.
The only additional fees are the cost of any necessary licences or court fees (including possession orders).
Prestige package
The same great benefits as the full package, but also includes all costs for complete peace of mind - including court costs and licence fees.
There is also an increased maintenance cap and more frequent inspections with reports. This costs 20% of rent.
Maintenance cap and discounts
For maintenance, Meredith & Castle will pay up to £250 of any maintenance and repair fees in any one-month rolling period. Any amounts above and beyond £250 will be liable by the landlord (£300 cap with the Prestige package).
We also offer discounts for landlords who have more than one property. If you own 2 or more properties, we provide a 2% discount. If you own 6 or more properties, please get in touch to discuss further savings.
